Affirmations are a way to reprogram your negative beliefs and mind into a positive way of thinking. The key is to state your phrase in a positive manner and in the present tense, you want to word them in a way that it is happening or has happened.
Your affirmation should also be worded in such a way that is believable to you and that does not create resistance inside you. Repeat it daily, first thing in the morning which helps carve out the start of your day in a happy and positive way. Generating a feeling related to your affirmation helps in making it a reality.
Affirmations are used to reprogram and dissolve limiting beliefs and negative emotions you hold in all areas of your life. From money, relationships, health, addictions and career, affirmations are able to reset and reprogram anything holding you back. Like going to the gym and lifting weights to make muscles stronger and fitter, affirmations are exercises of your mind and belief system. The more often you do them with consistency, the stronger your mind becomes.
